Drive region selection is now available during drive creation, giving you control over data residency for compliance and performance.

Available regions:

• Virginia (us-east)

• Oregon (us-west)

• Amsterdam (eu-central)

• Singapore (ap-southeast)

File Upload & Processing

Copy files to clipboard and paste them into the web or desktop app for quick uploads—no more dragging and dropping required. We've fixed rare cases where uploads failed to finish processing, and numerous quality-of-life fixes have been made throughout the platform.

Backend improvements:

• File renames and moves now happen instantly with progress indicators

• Uploads transition from "still uploading" to "uploaded" more quickly

• Bulk operations added to API enable operations on thousands of assets at high speed

• Web sync scaled to maintain performance under heavy platform load

Collaborative Editing & ShadeFS

ShadeFS has received significant improvements including better handling of local blob and cache state, major improvements to merging changes from multiple sources, reduced likelihood of unexpected unmounting, and better handling of concurrent edits in the same folder. Changes made in the web interface now instantly reflect across all attached mounts.
