About The Prop House
The Prop House is a full-service Prop Rental facility serving San Francisco, The Bay Area, and Northern California. In conjunction with The Prop Co-Op, the Prop House displays Props, Furnishings, Set dressing, Scenery, Signage, Street, and Office Dressing. They carry art department supplies including Pop-Up Tents, Tables, Chairs, Heaters, Push Brooms, Moving Dollies, Furni-Pads, Truck Shelves, and more. They have a Mobile Workshop & Prop Truck to provide all the necessary Art Department tools & Supplies for production needs. They offer daily or weekly rentals and are available by appointment only.

"I recently had to opportunity to experience The Prop House first hand- INCREDIBLE. This place is a treasure- they by far the best inventory I have ever seen! Name an item, a decade, a location, and I promise you there is a prop to properly represent. I worked with Andrew who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure that I only rented props that were period relevant. He was very patient and helped me create the vision for my tablescape right on the warehouse floor. I will absolutely visit The Prop House again!!"

"I was working on a fashion shoot and we needed some very specific specialty props. I had worked with Andrew before and the stuff he brought on those shoots were pretty amazing. He had hard-to-find items from the 80s as well as costumes and even go carts. We needed over sized ice cream and dessert props for this particular shoot. I was wondering if The Prop Co-op would even have stuff like this. How could I ever doubt? Of course they had what we needed. This place has everything!!! The crew there is super helpful and professional. When it comes to prop rentals, this place is where you need to go. A+++"
