About The Bridge Sound & Stage
The Bridge Sound & Stage is an award-winning recording studio located in the Greater Boston area, specifically in Cambridge, MA. Founded in 2009 and occupying the former location of Boston’s legendary recording studio Fort Apache, The Bridge is owned and operated by Janos ‘The Arcitype’ Fulop, Alex Allinson, and Owen Curtin. The facility features two distinct recording studios equipped with both vintage and state-of-the-art gear. Studio A offers a large, expertly-treated live performance space and an isolation booth, ideal for tracking full bands or hosting events, while Studio B provides a more intimate setting perfect for solo vocal or instrument recording. The studio boasts a wide variety of musical instruments, an extensive microphone locker, and a dedicated staff composed entirely of experienced musicians. This commitment to quality and a music-first approach earned The Bridge the title of ‘Recording Studio of the Year’ at the 2019 and 2022 Boston Music Awards, cementing its reputation as one of New England’s premier recording destinations for projects of any scope.
