About Pro Photo Rental

Pro Photo Rental is a company built by photographers trying to make a living, aiming to make the photo and video equipment rental process easy. Every staff member has experience as a photographer or filmmaker, providing expert assistance without sales pitches. They were the first online camera rental company to use a calendar reservation system in 2007 and use an "anti-day rate" pricing algorithm. They ship sensitive equipment in nearly indestructible Pelican cases and thoroughly check every piece of equipment before and after every rental. They have provided equipment to NASA, Oscar-nominated directors, major motion picture production houses, and network TV stations. Their clients span all 50 states, and their equipment has been on all 7 continents. At the end of the day, they know it's not just a rental, it's your reputation.

Delivery Range

If Lessee selects Shipping as the order delivery method, Lessor agrees to ship the Equipment to Lessee's premises, as designated by Lessee in "Shipping Information," via shipping mode of Lessor's choice, or Lessee's choice within options designated by Lessor. Lessor will provide a return shipping label with the original shipment. Lessor cannot re-print this label, so if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or otherwise rendered unusable at no fault of the Lessor, Lessee agrees to arrange, in a manner recognized as reasonable in the industry, to return ship said Equipment at Lessee's cost and expense. In no case will loss, theft, destruction, damage or any other cause that may render the return label unusable at no fault of the Lessor change the term or any other portion of this lease. Lessor does not ship on postal holidays or other days that are marked "unavailable" on the rental reservation calendar for each item.
