"BEWARE! I have been a loyal customer for years. Never had any problems with service. In early February I purchased a desktop audio system for about $150. They had shown me another option for $500 and I was quite smitten with the sound quality of that one. Once I got home, I decided I needed to save some money and buy the higher quality $500 PA system. Ten days later, I showed up with a receipt and an unopened box with the cheaper version. Guess what? NO REFUNDS. I didn't see anywhere where this was posted. Their policy is no credit or refunds after 7 days---even if the box had never been opened and you have a receipt. I was quite upset and decided that I no longer want the more expensive piece either. I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I am sad and angry."
