About Grip Support
The Grip Store was created by a grip, for grips. After working in the film industry for over 25 years as an all-around grip and key grip, the founder saw firsthand how hard it was to find the right grip equipment or information online. Back in 2012, while tackling a challenging rig on a commercial, he went searching the web for answers — and found nothing. So, he decided to create his own space to share and celebrate the craft. That space became @GripRigs, a social media page dedicated to showcasing grip work and educating filmmakers. What started as a small community quickly became one of the most respected pages in the industry, connecting grips worldwide and opening doors to partnerships with major brands and manufacturers. From there, the journey continued with Grip Support, a hub designed to help grips find anything related to our trade — from gear and rigging parts to manufacturer links and educational content. Today, that mission lives on through TheGripStore.com — the largest online store for grip gear and expendables. We stock every part grips rely on and proudly manufacture and sell our own line of professional-grade products. Our goal remains simple: To support the grip community, share knowledge, and make sure filmmakers everywhere have access to the tools that keep the set moving.

"Generally, a pretty solid Ultrabounce, completely opaque with a nice bright white on one side, and a usable black on the other. It comes rolled into a heavy-duty canvas sack that will likely outlast the Ultrabounce itself. Although it comes with the grommets populated with [white] sash cord, the ends of the cords fray over time and need to be replaced. Using cords with aglets (like on the ends of shoe laces) would have been an inexpensive "nice touch". Regardless of this minor nit, I would recommend this Ultrabounce."
