"The drop off window was not accurate. I chose between 12:00pm and 2:00 pm and didn't get the wheelchair until after 2. When I contacted the company who was delivering it, they were able to give me a timeline that was more accurate and were very helpful. The wheelchair itself was great and we had no issues with it. It was very helpful to have and reasonably priced."
