"Very Dissatisfied! We Hired Nolan Buckner for both a rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony. Both nights the equipment was screechy and or silent. All the guests missed the vows & the onsite tech (we paid extra for) was inadequate. When I was shopping for AV guys Mr. Buckner had bragged about all his fancy clients including the governer.. I could care less who he services, if he can't get it together for a wedding ceremony. I called to complain after he ignored my email. He told me it was my fault for not complaining sooner?! Expensive & non existant customer service. Save your money & sanity... find some one else."
