South Side Studios is a premier film production studio located in Dallas, Texas, offering premium stages and equipment rentals for large-scale productions. The facility boasts 70,000 square feet of state-of-the-art studio space, including three sound stages and a 36 ft by 18 ft continuous-curve LED wall for virtual production and in-camera VFX. Catering to filmmakers and production companies, South Side Studios provides comprehensive support spaces including a 50,000 sf support building with dedicated areas for mill work, painting, and wardrobe. The studio is strategically positioned near downtown Dallas, providing access to a deep crew base and versatile locations.

Our 1400sf production studio is perfect for video and photography, with additional services for a variety of creative professionals. Located at 328 Hemphill St., just south of downtown, our studio has easy access to both I-30 and I-35W. We’re just blocks away from the revitalized Magnolia Ave., home of Fort Worth’s coolest restaurants! The studio rental fee includes 1400sf studio space, a two-wall hard cyc, indoor dock, Kino Flo cyc lights, electricity and electrical distribution, makeup/green room, restroom/shower, studio manager, and high-speed WiFi.
